Wilding in the Weald hosts Nature Connection days for kids here at New Coghurst Farm. Each session is centred around a different seasonal theme or topic, often incorporating primitive skills from the bronze age or earlier.

We guide the children towards a deeper understanding of the natural world by sparking curiosity, activating imaginations and exploring with the senses. The structure of the day can include (depending on the time of year) guided activities using natural resources, following the wheel of the year, foraging, primitive crafting, learning to identify plants and animals in the local ecology, games and free play in nature.

Monthly 'drop in sessions'

Pick the monthly date you want to attend, book via the website and come along, you can come to as many sessions a year as you like!

Twice a month regular home ed group

This requires a minimum of a monthly commitment at a time. This home-ed group is run to create community and therefore is for those looking for a regular group where friendships can develop.

Age 5yrs-8yrs
